Law Enforcement Pre-Employment polygraph exams are multi-issue exams that ensure individuals seeking employment opportunities with law enforcement and other governmental agencies possess the morals, ethics, and integrity required to serve the public. These exams are scheduled directly through the law enforcement agency requesting the exam. These exams are voluntary but are typically a requirement of employment for most law enforcement agencies. I can travel to off-site locations to administer these exams as necessary.
Fidelity and Personal Credibility polygraph exams are typically single-issue exams but can be multi-issue exams depending on the individual circumstances. These exams are designed to help families and couples when there is a breakdown of trust and concern about infidelity (cheating) within the marriage or relationship. These exams can also be used when there are credibility concerns within the family regarding estate theft, alcohol or drug abuse, porn or sex addiction, and other financial or gambling issues. These exams are voluntary.
Criminal polygraph exams are an investigative resource for law enforcement detectives when the validity of a suspect, witness, or victim’s statement or involvement in a criminal activity needs to be verified through a polygraph process. Civil polygraph exams are used to help attorneys and clients obtain a clearer picture of the circumstances and scope of involvement their client has with the accusations or charges against them. Immigration polygraph exams meet the eligibility requirements of INA Section 245(a). These exams are voluntary.
